Reporting and Cost Control
Depending on the needs of your project, cost and progress tracking can be as simple as a single page invoice and a discussion or email or as documented as multipage progress schedules with tracking adjustments and fund controlled, lender – backed, payment disbursement packages and monthly field progress verification inspections. We will fit your needs.
Commissioning and Project Closeout
We work hard to provide great communication to assist in the transition from construction project to completed project. This includes realistic timeframes for expectations regarding hiring and training or moving in. We also provide continued communication beyond the project for handling questions and issues that we may have the most information or knowledge to answer as you begin to take over your new completed project.
